State Bank of Vietnam: Catalog of Online Services Level 3, 4 in 2016 

In 2016, with the aim of speeding up administrative reform, improving the quality of public administrative services and banking services serving people and businesses.

The State Bank of Vietnam has completed and put into use 14 public services of Level 3 and 4 in the field of digital signature management, granting State Bank code, participating in the inter-bank electronic payment system (as reported in Document No. 488 / NHNN-VP dated 25/01/2017 of the State Bank of Vietnam). To facilitate the upgrading of online public services to Level 3, 4, the State Bank of Vietnam has deployed and completed infrastructure and technology solutions for common use.

On public infrastructure, the implementation of the upgrading of public services in 2017 and the subsequent years will shorten deployment time and reduce investment costs.

In order to improve the quality of public administrative services, administrative reform in the unit, in 2017, the State Bank has registered to upgrade 15 public services in the field of emulation and rewards up to level 3.
